I made this DVD out of the 3 DVD version that was circulating on Ebay. The Scorpions and Priest had just been seeded, the Iron Maiden was officially released so I just threw this together to get it out there. Glad you guys like it.

Then someone grabbed it from here and uploaded it over DIME completely forgetting to mention where he just got it

At the time I was making the info-file, I couldn't locate the original thread, that's why you where mentioned as 'unknown'. Glad you pointed it out though, so proper credits can be given to the person would deserves it
