This line basically says that the DVD has no video on it. What program did you use that gave you that information?

Best thing to do is get a cheap DVD player that plays both formats.

Second best is use IFOEDIT. It's free.

First, burn the DVD in the way you found it: In this case, PAL. You can trade or seed this one.

Make a second copy you converted for your own viewing.

IFOEDIT only tricks your DVD player into thinking it's playing an NTSC DVD.

It takes about one minute to do. You burn a converted copy, then go back and revert back to original format, and keep seeding.
