I understand that. I've sent email requests to the moderators to allow me the ability to download torrent files so I can seed and increase my ratio. When I open the file I created it loads the entire torrent but I'm not uploading. I can only assume that I need to be able to download the torrent file from the tracker, then it will seed. Am I right or wrong?

I can't say for certain, but I'm pretty sure that's correct. You need to download the torrent file from the site in order to seed, you can't just use the torrent file you created on your HD.

OK, so I'm back where I started. I need my account to be enabled so I can download the torrent file and begin seeding.

I'm going to seed elsewhere. Sorry I couldn't get things straightened out here. The mods aren't helping me any. Look for this on another tracker. I would like to get my ratio back up. With so many sites it's sometimes hard to keep track of everything.

Just a note. I always see the "King Biscuit Flower Hour" torrents. Shouldn't it be "King Biscuit Flour Hour" since originally it was sponsored by King Biscuit Flour?
