OK here I go again with another re-seed request of KISS, "KISS_Winterland_Ballroom_1-31-75_Remaster"
and a new thread of this one because of the hackers !
So here's the copy/paste originaly thread from "thekisssource" :
Winterland Ballroom - Jan 31, 1975 - DVD
Source: 3/4" master tape -> Super 8 Kissvision Pre-master (via S-video) -> SVHS (via S-Video) -> Dazzle DVCII Capture Card (via S-Video) -> Vegas Video Edit -> DVD
The KISSVISION version that has been circulating for 10+ years has some amazing flaws. Most notably the constant bends and lines in the middle of the screen. These were, at the time, thought to have been on the master tape and massive edits were done to many, many sections of the video to fix the problem. Turns out, the original playback machine to create the Kissvision master that ALL dupes came from was a dud, and the original Super 8 source was, for the most part, flawless.
Original 3/4" tape was an hour long and ended during the encores, so the second half of let me go, rock n roll doesn't exist. This is everything there is from this show.
Audio professionally remastered, great sound!
This is the final statement on this show, until someone gets the actual 3/4" tape.
