When you rip tracks to your HD, should you get a 100% everytime?

I've been playing with it today and noticed that all were 99.4 to 99.8 and I never got a 100 on any of them. I tried both drives and different sources.

Occasionally on some tracks you might but from what i was told (I asked the same question) this rarely happens
