I have downloaded some Van Halen Video Torrents and I would like to transfer them to DVD. They have menus and everything so I was wondering if there is a special way to burn them to a DVD, or if I could just select the folder and burn it to a DVD. Thanks a lot.

I guess it depends on which burn program you are using. I use Nero and it is very easy and works great. If you use Nero...email me and I will throw you an "instruction list" together like I use--or somebody else may have a better idea--you will get some responses--good folks up here at this site--Hawk

I'm trying to burn the 84 Monteal show. I am using Nero Express (came with the burner) and I get this when I go to burn.

DVD-video files reallocation failed. The resulting DVD-Video might be unplayable. Do you want to continue?

What does this mean and how can I burn this so that I can use it in other DVD players?

Just keep going with it PSU...I just ignore that error and everything ends up ok

I have had the same problem and I just ignore it--seems to work for me also--good luck!

Any chance someone can be kind enough to post or PM me the instructions on how to burn DVD's that are playable on standalone units and not just the PC? I have "Roxio Easy Media Creator Home" but will gladly take the Nero instructions if someone has them. As you can probably tell I'm new to this technology

badbonz, check out the info in this thread: http://www.jamtothis.com/showthread.php?t=260

I found that I had problems with Nero when I used the "wizard" part of it. Do what EVH says and just put the files in the VIDEO_TS folder.
