use Power DVD
and when you are seeing the show you have to clikc in the camera button on the player. and it save the image to My documents (You have to configure it to save the photos on my documents)

or use BS player and capture it

u can still rent this on VHS in alot of blockbuster or other rental stores......Thought it is out of print, it will never be released as a DVD due to Ozzy/Sharon having a problem with the bass player in this who co-wrote alot of the "Ultimate Sin" songs...same reason Ultimate Sin, Just Say Ozzy and Live and Loud were all discontinued from the catalog..
