Originally from a 3 disc standalone copied set I purchased on ebay. Reauthored to remove the previously seeded Judas Priest and Scorpions sets and the officially released Iron Maiden set. Fortunately or unfortunately the low video bitrate allowed the rest of the bands to be put on 1 disc. Added a simple main menu to take you to each band’s set and a complete setlist menu to take you to any song.

Hey Zep33, I have a 2-disc set of this festival which doesn't include MSG or Krokus, were they together on one disc? Just wondering if I have the same thing but just missing a disc or if this is a different source. BTW, the vids on the discs I have have a VBR at 7500 max, so I'm thinking maybe not.
Here is the standalone menu on one of the discs plus a couple screenshots, let me know if you have the same menu. Thanks!

***EDIT***: I just realized your post is NTSC, so it's been converted from PAL and definitely is not the same as mine, but I still need the Krokus and MSG sets. Wish I could find the original sources on those as well.

no mine was a 3 disc set and msg was on the same disc as Maiden - just those two. That disc was at a higher bitrate than the other 2. krokus was on disc 3

I wouldn't mind getting the whole thing at a higher bitrate either as well as on PAL cause my player doesn't have a problem with anything I throw at it except the only dual layer burned disc I've tried so far.

I'm thinking of remastering the audio on these and authoring a disc with the sets I have (minus the Maiden) since these are direct from a master VHS and are still in the original PAL format.

Thanks alot. I have Ozzy and QR on VCD. The QR is so-so quality, pretty much the same as this. The Ozzy might be a little better but these are DVDs so thanks.

Here's what my Dortmund looks like for Ozzy. Probably the same quality since resizing video (VCD convert, etc) makes grain unnoticable alot of the time. http://zeppelin.ath.cx:81/bootlist/videobootinfo.php?id=159.00000
