IMPORTANT!!!
This disc is write protected and will not work with
DVD Shrink, Nero, Roxio, etc. I needed to create a disc image
w/IFO edit (although any image creating software should work)
and then burn that to disc. Dime does not allow ISO files, so you're
on your own..........but it's well worth it.
Okay - I got this one in a trade so I have no idea
how generated or what the source was. That being said,
This is an absolute must have for fans of the incredible
'Fire Down Under' album. This disc also includes excerpts from
Japanese shows called Rock Show & Bang Up Rock which features interviews
with a later incarnation of RIOT. Also included are the videos for
Restless Breed and Born In America w/Rhett Forrester on vocals, which
were part of the japanese television interview segments.
Anyone expecting A+ video quality will be disappointed -
However, anyone that appreciated the classic RIOT line-up of Guy Speranza,
Mark Reale, Rick Ventura, Kip Lemming and Sandy Slavin will be thrilled.
The My Father's Place video rates about a B+, but is absolutely priceless.
I didn't even know what Guy Speranza looked like until now. There is a brief
video/audio dropout after the first chorus of Don't Hold Back as well an
audio dropoff during a Speranza crowd rally during Road Racin'.
The rest of the footage is of poor quality and for fans only.
There are navigational menus, but the tracks are not chaptered.
If anyone wants to re-author this - that would be great.
Also, any artist that wants to create some cover art for this
gem - that would be very much appeciated.
Hope you enjoy this - heavy rock doesn't get any better...........
