You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

Turns out I needed an MPEG-2 Codec. I downloaded and installed this one (http://www.softpedia.com/public/cat/11/2/2/11-2-2-40.shtml) and was able to view it a treat !

Very, very cool !!!
