You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

Here's what I got in Maiden DVDs

1992 Mexico City
1987 Caught Somewhere In Philadelphis
2004 Buenos Aires (incomplete TV broadcast, around an hour I think)
2005 Rock AM Ring
2005 Gothenburg, Sweden (kicks ass)
1987 Somewhere In Paris
1981 Rome TV -- Milan '81 (This DVD has 2 tracks from a 1992 broadcast too)
1982 Hammersmith (I only have this on VCD, but you can buy it on their new DVD that kicks ass)
