I was at 91.3% when we stopped, in the new torrent it showed 5.3%, so I stopped. Anyone have any idea why? Put it in the same folder.

TwoFoolsAMinute

Yes I see that. The contents of the folder must be different on the new seed.

there's got to be someway where we don't have to download the majority of the torrent all over again. Anyone have any ideas?

I'm seeing someone done already, so perhaps it doesn't take the whole

thing again.

This happened to me with the Largo show. I was at 90% when it

stopped. When I clicked the reseed it read 30%, but it finished

quicky.

I appologize, the crash dammaged the original torrent and

I was unable to restart it despite considerable effort.

Thanks for your patience.

Yes, I've finished downloading. I don't know why. I just started over and saved it to a different folder thinking that I'd end up with two different versions in the same folder. So my new download was done in no time. Maybe I picked up different bits from all the other peers and ended up getting everthing I needed quickly.

Don't know, but I'm seeding now. :yay:

OK, so now I'm finished, but am getting file allocation errors when attempting to burn, and IFOEDIT will not open. Anyone else haveing similar issues?

Guwapo

Okay, it says 11 people are done.

Can someone please let us know if it actually worked for them?

I don't want to waste more people's time if the torrent is not

working properly.

OK, I tried to burn with no success. I'm going to download into a seperate/ new file and try it again, with fingers crossed.

If a couple of more people say their download did not work, I will stop seeding

it, reformat to fix other problems and create a new torrent.

I also have Skyscraper Toronto, October 31st, 1988.

Has that been posted here before?

Don't do anything just yet ... two people are complaining of issues when eleven have finished. I'll check mine tonight when I get home and report back to you. The pixelation when trying to view could just be a matter of the viewer. I tried viewing a couple of different torrents when they had finished and got nothing but pixelation until I burned the disc and then the player play the disc just fine and it looked awesome. Don't rush to judgement that the whole thing is messed up when it might not be. Like I said I'll double check mine tonight and It would be nice if other people who finished checked theirs too.

I have the same pixellation problem above. First of all, it doesn't start with Power DVD as a whole; and when I play the isolated VOB files, it works but with the pixellation and with huge leaps of the video: example: if the complete VOB file is A-B-C-D-E-F, I see only A-C-E......

Nope, I tried it in three different DVD players and it will not load.

Bummer.

Don't let it get you down Guwapo. You'll get the hang of it. Thanks for posting this, and we would all appreciate it if you reposted it.

Not to sound Whiney, but I never complained, I just asked if anyone was having the same problems I had. I really appreciate Guwapo torrenting this, I'm very excited to see it. We've all had PC problems in the past, we all will in the future. If I didn't say so before, let me say it now, I really appreciate the Time and effort you have put into this.

Well said. Guwapo feels kinda bad about this. So, let's let him know that it's cool. I also kind of wonder if, since my download was done so fast, if I had a bad download and seeded it to everyone. Don't know if that's possible, but I seeded a crapload on this torrent, and my download was done ridiculously fast. Might be best just to start from scratch at this point.

Thanks for that.
I didn't have a chance to burn the files to DVD to see if any player will play it but I did try playing the VOBs in WMP which completely chocked on them, although that's not all that surprising and I wouldn't use that as a basis for anything. HOWEVER, I tried loading the VOBs into I Video editor, this has never failed on me, and the video editor said, the files can not be read. This along with the other comments really, really makes me wonder if there is an issue. I'll hopefully be able to try a burn to disc tonight and will report back but I think there will probably be an issue. Stay tuned for my update and I'll keep checking back at this thread.

Thanks guys.

I suggest everyone quit on this and don't waste any more of your time.

I'm going to reformat my drive and then build a new torrent.

Can you pull this Ron please?
