This is about the time Steve Vai released Flexable. He still had not been in Alctrazz nor teamed up w/ DLR :D

...not to mention the "big" Whitesnake album still would not released for another 3 years.

I've pulled this torrent and closed the thread until the source of this video can be determined. Looks to be the official release called, "Super Rock 84" from Japan.
