I think the bonus disc you are speaking of is the NYC Ritz show from 1988. The other bonus disc out there is a 1979 show.

I'm no expert with the 80's era KISS because they sucked, but I can almost guarantee this is the same footage (although this show is complete, while the bonus disc is not) and probably shouldn't be allowed here.

Why pull it? I too have the official new Vol. 2 box set. The date on the bonus packaging is the 21st. Besides, the bonus disc in the vol 2. box set is partial and only contains half the number of songs. I don't think we have to pull this. Different date listed on the official material - that's all there is to it. If we're going to start splitting hairs that finely, we have to remove ALL material from the site. After all, every single broadcast or pro-shot is 'copyrighted' by the broadcasters. That includes all PPV, DVB, etc . . . .

Basing a decision to pull this awesome torrent, based on information on KAF is conjecture and circumstantial only.

It is absolutely without a doubt the same show. There was only one show recorded in Tokyo for broadcast, so these are the same, aside from the K2 bonus being incomplete. This definitely should be pulled.
