This has been seeded at JTT before, but the last time was in february 2005...
This version I received in a trade with my Canadian pal Snivlle...and when he sends you stuff, you're guaranteed it is awesome quality. So credits to him for providing me this show!
A++ quality show, with the Scorpions doing their 'Love At First Sting' tour. Ohh man...I looooved that band back then.
Kinda lost interest later on, but this is Scorps at their prime imho. If you don't have this one yet, NOW is your change....GET IT!

I remember seeing the Scorps on this tour. Great show! They came out the back of the convention center and were tossing drum sticks and guitar picks to the small crowd that had gathered. Thanks for the post.

Bon Jovi '84 Super Rock was released on laser disc in Japan. I think this Scorpions was also released the same way. Either that or it was officially released on VHS. That's one of the reasons why the quality is so good.

This is all jumpy on the dvd player but works fine on the pc which leads me to beelive that this may be a pal conversion gone bad? Anybody else have issues?

Highly unlikely because NTSC is the native format in Japan, so this would have to have been converted from NTSC to PAL and back to NTSC. If this was the case, it would really look like crap.

Ya.. thats what I was thinking too but I did notice (and I may be wrong) that things seems slightly stretched. I'll try another burn and dvd player just to make sure... I usually dont see any jittery video but maybe a bad disc jumped in line. The audio stays as it should but the video pauses and then corrects itself... really strange.
